Foss Releases the ultra light 700c tube

We have all heard about how good a latex tube rides, the high elasticity of the latex also adds to its superior puncture protection. Run a latex tube with a good quality clincher and you get close to the feel of a tubular. Tests have also shown that latex tubes provide less rolling resistance, which is a result of the high elasticity of the latex being able to conform to road imperfections, dispersing less energy. Latex tubes are far more porous than butyl, that is why we need to keep a close eye on the pressures before every ride and they cannot be patched or repaired.
Latex and butyl are so passé.

SuperLight seatposts by 12o'Clock

Our most demanded item last month was seatposts, so we thought we should offer something that was lighter, stronger and better looking than all the others. The cool looking SuperLight seatpost from 12o'Clock are here. Nicely anodised and CNC'd, with external butting around the seat pin area to give it heaps more strength. Titanium hardware and a simple rail clamp mechanism which allows for micro-adjustability. Long 410mm size is also a very handy addition. We currently have the zero-setback only, a setback version will be available in the near future.

Far and Near sponsored riders represent at the Tour of Taiwan

Far and Near represents with their sponsored riders in Taiwan. Stage 7 was a fast 1km circuit. The Japan National Team pushed hard at the front early and split the bunch mid-race Riders from the Japan National Team and Hong Kong National team have been using the coloured hoods and skewers since the beginning of the season. Rizuan Zainal took the stage win for the final stage.
